Learning Zoom with Garrick Chow

Outstanding Zoom tutorial from Lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning. Comprehensive short videos on using Zoom as participant and/or host. Search for “Learning Zoom with Garrick Chow” in the top search bar. It’s about an hour in all. Very useful information, easy to re-do any of the 2 - 5 minute tutorials if you didn’t understand the first time. The presenter speaks very rapidly.
Lynda.com/LinkedInLearning – is free with your LAPL library card. Look in the LAPL Online Learning section.   If you don't have the library card, see below **

To use your smart phone as a webcam (and mic): This from PC magazine: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-turn-your-smartphone-into-a-wireless-webcam Useful if your device doesn’t have a camera.

** Need a Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) card? Information here: How to get an LAPL Library Card. Once you get the card/number, go to the Online Learning section for Lynda.com. Click the blue "Get Started with a Quick Lesson" button. When you get to the Lynda.com login page, bookmark that. You will need your library card number and pin.
